Vanilla & Anise by Jo Malone London is a Floral Fruity Gourmand fragrance for women and men. Vanilla & Anise was launched in 2009. The nose behind this fragrance is Celine Barel. Top notes are Star Anise, Fennel, Neroli and Bergamot; middle notes are Frangipani, Orchid, Clove, Tuberose and Jasmine; base notes are Vanilla, Tonka Bean, Vetiver and Amber. Jo Malone has presented an exotic composition inspired by blossoming of vanilla orchid on Madagascar. Its composition opens with fresh Sicilian bergamot accords, along with Tunisian neroli, wild fennel and star anise. A heart blooms with tuberose, violet vanilla orchid, jasmine, frangipani and cloves, while a base incorporates ambergris, vetiver, Bourbon vanilla absolute and tonka. The fragrance is available in amount of 30 and 100 ml (1.0 and 3.4 oz). This fragrance arrives in sale in September 2009. Its intention is that the fresh and natural notes of Vanilla & Anise would remind you of summertime.
