French fashion boutique Zadig & Voltaire introduced its first fragrance in the summer of 2009 in collaboration with niche house Le Labo. This exclusive and high-quality unisex perfume named Tome 1 La Purete is a deep and mysterious scent that tells the story of fallen angels with the dominant notes of patchouli and milk.In early 2012, the house launches two new editions of the original fragrance as two new alternatives divided by gender - Tome La Purete for Her and Tome 1 La Purete for Him. Firmenich perfumer Nathalie Lorson also signed these new editions.Tome 1 La Purete for Him, similar to the female edition but with more prominent woody components, begins with notes of bergamot, orange blossom and almond. Patchouli, guaiac wood and tonka bean form the core of the composition, placed on the base of white musk, sandalwood and woody notes. The female fragrance is available in quantities of 30, 50 and 100 ml, while the male one is available in bottles of 50 and 100 ml. Both fragrances include perfume concentration of 15%.
